What I do

I work as an interim, executive or non-executive director, and as counsel, mentor and coach. I don’t mind what you call me, but I help people to grow profitable and responsible companies.

I help founders, management teams and investors to make and execute sensible and achievable plans for sustainable growth.

My expertise and experience is to blend commercial nous and business intelligence with empathy, ethics and creativity.  Profit with principles.

I help them to build the sales & marketing processes and foundations to ensure that they understand their customers, and can communicate the right thing to them, in the right way at the right time.

All companies grow by reputation, so I help my clients to improve what they do and how they do it, both with their customers and their teams.

I teach them how to sell themselves without selling their soul.
